​​1. Membership Overview
By enrolling in a Parasol Membership, members agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the details of a 12-month membership billed on a monthly basis, designed to provide continuous self-care and exclusive benefits.
2. Membership Term

The membership term is 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Memberships automatically renew for an additional 12-month term unless canceled according to the cancellation policy (see Section 8).

A 2-month trial membership is available. It may be canceled at any time, but any treatments received during the trial will be billed at regular, non-member pricing, minus any payments already collected, before cancellation is processed.
3. Monthly Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly on the billing date selected at the time of enrollment.

Payments are processed automatically via the member’s chosen method of payment.

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment information remains current and accurate.​
4. Membership Benefits

Members receive access to benefits as outlined in their selected plan.
Benefits may include monthly facials, advanced and premium rejuvenation treatments, toxin plans, retail/service discounts, and VIPink perks. -
Jeuveau or a bio-equivalent may be the primary neurotoxin used; pricing reflects coupon redemption when applicable.

A minimum purchase of 50 units is required for any Toxin discount to be applied.

All treatments are provided at the discretion of a licensed medical provider and are subject to candidacy, contraindications, and professional judgment.

Membership discounts apply to regularly priced services and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Depending on the membership plan, services may acrue at the beginning of the 12 month term and/or on a monthly basis. Any unused services will roll-over and remain available to be redeemed as long as the member has an active membership. Any unused services will expire at the time of membership termination.
5. Appointment Policies

All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session.
6. Suspension Policy

Memberships may be temporarily suspended for medical reasons or extended travel with written request and management approval.

Suspensions may not exceed 3 months within a membership term.
7. Payment Failure

If a payment is declined, the member will be notified. Payment issues must be resolved within 7 days.

Failure to resolve payment may result in a $25 late fee and temporary suspension of benefits until the account is brought current.
8. Cancellation Policy

After the Initial Term: Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice prior to renewal.

During the Term: Early cancellation is subject to a fee equal to 3 months of membership dues, unless waived by management for medical or hardship-related reasons and/or payment in full of any discounted services already provided at membership rates.

Trial memberships may be canceled at any time with proper billing adjustments (see Section 2).
9. Transferability

Memberships and benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the person enrolled.
10. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Any unused or prepaid services at the time of cancellation are forfeited.
11. Changes to Membership Terms
-
Parasol reserves the right to update membership terms, pricing, or benefits with 30 days’ written notice to active members.
12. Liability Waiver
-
By enrolling, members acknowledge that all services are performed by licensed professionals. Members assume responsibility for their care and release Parasol from liability related to expected outcomes or results, provided treatment is performed within standard protocols.
